As much as we would like to head to our favorite watering holes when the clock strikes five, those opportunities are somewhat limited in the trainwreck that is 2020. But never fear! Tiffany Bobbs, Wine Sommelier and Director of The Manship Wood Fired Kitchen was kind enough to send us their drink recipe for The Manship Sangria, a local cocktail made by standout bartender John Hime. 3 oz rose wine
2 dashes teapot bitters
.5 oz St. Germain
.5 oz fresh squeezed lemon juice
2 splashes agave nectar
